By downloading, installing, or using any CloudLayer Apps or Cloudlayter Tech application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our apps.
Use of Our Apps
- You must be at least 13 years old to use our apps.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
- You agree not to misuse our apps or help anyone else do so.
- We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Purchases and Payments
- Some apps offer free tiers with optional paid upgrades.
- Prices are listed on our website and the App Store.
- App Store purchases are subject to Apple's terms and refund policies.
- Direct purchases through our website are processed by Stripe.
- We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on direct purchases.
- Prices may change, but existing purchases will not be affected.
Intellectual Property
- All CloudLayer Apps and Cloudlayter Tech software, designs, logos, and content are owned by us.
- You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use our apps for personal or business purposes.
- You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or modify our apps.
- You may not redistribute or resell our apps.
User Content and Data
Any data you create within our apps (workouts, videos, settings, etc.) belongs to you. We do not claim ownership of your content. You grant us a limited license to process and store your data solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability: Our apps are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that our apps will be error-free. We are not responsible for any damages arising from the use of our apps. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app.
Termination
- You can stop using our apps at any time.
- We may terminate or suspend access for violations of these terms.
- Upon termination, your license to use the app ends.
- Provisions that should survive termination (like IP rights and limitations of liability) will remain in effect.
Changes to Terms
- We may update these terms from time to time.
- Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.
- Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
- If you disagree with changes, you should stop using our apps.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Raleigh, North Carolina.
